ACTION

PCRM has identified eight medical training programs as the top offenders when it comes to animal cruelty. Help turn up the pressure so we can shut down their deadly animal labs for good!

INFORMATION

While most similar programs have rightly concluded that using animals is a flawed training method, these programs insist on continuing to kill innocent animals! The anatomical differences between animals and humans make it impossible to properly teach advanced medical procedures using animals. This improper training harms not only animals, but potentially also the future patients of the physician trainees.

If we work together, we can do this. You've already helped PCRM make serious headway—you've recently helped shut down:

• Morristown Medical Center, South Pointe Hospital, and all Cleveland Clinic affiliate emergency medicine dog labs—where students were forced to operate on and kill dogs.
• University of North Carolina's emergency medicine lab, saving pigs from painful and unnecessary procedures.
• Baylor College of Medicine’s deadly animal lab, which required paramedic students to traumatize and kill pigs.
