From Debra Huckaby - 30 Apr 2008 While I fully agree that animals are treated horribly in ALL counties and that the endless suffering needs to stop, please stop with the use of "GOD." God has nothing to do with any of this, and it can really turn people off to doing something to help. This is about people, not God.
Debra Huckaby Dear Debra: Thank you for writing, but we're not sure we understand your point. God isn't causing the problem. The atrocities that are happening to animals are being committed by human beings, and what they are doing is against the will of God. Christians and churches need to be called to accountability for their direct involvement and complacency in the pain and suffering of billions of animals.
