We are surrounded by a new generation that could hardly say boo to a goose!  I refer to a spineless new generation which has an accumulation of graduates turned out as if on a conveyor belt, yet with all their assumed knowledge they appear to be little more than automatons within pigeon holed occupations hardly conversant with even the functions of the nearest pigeon holes around them.

Indeed, when such folk meet you they appear as void of all original individuality and, indeed, when they speak in official capacities over the phone, the speed of their voice rattles through like an express train rocketing through a station.  Indeed, they are as far removed from a past BBC’s announcer as the moon is from cheese. These poor stretched souls are frequently far from secure, and are as strung up to a pitch as if constantly on high do within the tonic solfa!

One could feel the deepest heart felt compassion for them, if they didn’t have the self belief that they ‘knew it all!’.  However, they have had a roll of parchment placed in their hand by some official body whose implication in teaching was ‘remain subservient to us and we will authorise you as authentic’.  Yes, and the gullible masses fall for it all!  Indeed, only within the past decade have I seen this reflected within my correspondence with the media – and especially amongst the editorial newcomers of the newspaper world.

Those who are given the job of deciphering what passes as a readers view within a paper are frequently those who appear to give space to what fits in to their own blinkered outlook, while they thoughtlessly discard what doesn’t. Yes, and believe me, to hint in an article of having a few justifiable opinions concerning a preference for one Faith or racial view over another means that you don’t stand an iota of a chance of getting your article published.  Indeed, this could equally apply to anything reflective of a criticism of so-called ‘gay rights’ Oppose self opinionated upholders of tolerance and you soon find how utterly intolerant so many of these groups really are!
