GAR "LICKY" FRENCH FRIES
4 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch paprika
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Peel and cut potatoes into half-inch strips.
Toss potato strips with oil and garlic powder
and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for
about 30 minutes, turning several times
during cooking until golden. Remove from
the oven, then sprinkle with a pinch of
paprika. Cool before serving.
