looking for an up-beat and energetic registered dietitian. Must be
experienced with the science and practical application of a healthy low
fat, high fiber, plant-based diet. Must also be experienced in public
speaking, recipe development, menu planning, and counseling people with
heart disease, diabetes, obesity and hypertension. Computer skills and
knowledge of nutrition analysis programs helpful.
