Last Chance for Animals currently has one opening for
the position of Development Director.
The position entails the following:
Supervise development programs and campaigns for a growing national
animal protection organization. This will include, but not be limited to
planned giving, direct mail solicitation, on-line giving, and assisting
with major gift solicitation. Pursue opportunities for in-kind
donations. Write fundraising/promotional literature. Promote and
administer existing automobile donation program.
Requirements:
At least two years experience in a non-profit development position.
References required. Enthusiasm for animal issues preferred.
Professional demeanor. Must be able to demonstrate effectiveness in
raising revenue for charitable cause. Must be able to work
independently, and be self starter.
This is a full time position with salary and benefits.
