The attached letter sent by Senator Moran to the FAA inquiring about avian radar, is the result of a meeting I had arranged between journalist Eric Uhlfelder and Senator Moran’s staff in August.
Eric has written several articles on the need for and benefits of installing avian radar as some airports outside of the US have done.
