Another Letter to the Editor Urging Ban on Carriage Horses

I'm grateful that the NY Times printed my letter about horse-drawn carriages today, but I'd be more grateful if they published an editorial in support of a ban.
In the past, the editorial board has opined that the horses and stables should be relocated to Central Park, despite knowing that it's not an option and that the horses would continue to work on the chaotic streets of Midtown.
Their duplicity has victims.
