Richard Makin is a writer, poet and artist currently living on the south coast of England. Richard has been exploring the world of plant-based cuisine since November 2017 when he switched from life-long vegetarian to full-time vegan! Back then he worked in street food, running London’s first artisan ice cream sandwich van, so his weekends were usually way too busy for cooking. This meant that all his school nights became vegan nights!
