Review:

To quote from the introduction of this book:
“Of all the worries we may have about our future, the possibility of losing our mental abilities tops the list. We work hard, start our families, set aside some money, and finally have some time to relax and enjoy life. But if memory loss enters the scene, it steals everything we cherish."

As you have probably noticed, more and more people seem to be concerned about Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, etc.  Well, this effective three step plan that is easy to understand and follow can protect the brain and reduce the risk.

Power Foods for the Brain is written in everyday language and is very easy to follow and understand. I highly recommend this excellent book to everyone!
