Another dispute over hunting land turns violent,
this time in Sauk County. One man is in custody and one man is
hospitalized.
Sauk County Sheriff's officials said Charles Goad
of Reedsburg confronted two hunters on his land Thursday, and
a fight broke out.
Dale Fleming, 35, of Lyndon Station was arrested
for battery and trespassing. A 16-year old juvenile with Fleming
was also involved.
Goad's son told WISC-TV in Madison his father was
hit in the head with the butt of a rifle and suffered a broken
nose and other injuries.
