Man Shot in Hunting Accident
Tuesday, November 20, 2007
A 45-year-old man is recovering at Shands today after being
accidentally shot by a hunting partner. Florida Fish and Wildlife
Commission Lieutenant David Lee says Ray Mcpherson was shot by Robert
T. Duszynski while on private hunting grounds in Nassau County.
Lee says Duszynski was charged with a failure to obtain a Florida
hunting licence and complete a hunter safety course, with other
charges pending.
McPherson was airlifted to Shands. His injuries are not considered
to be life-threatening.
