PATERSON, Wash-- A Richland hunter is found dead with a single
gunshot wound to his chest. Police say they found the body of 56
year-old Dan Reberger on Whitcomb Island in Paterson. At this time, the
initial cause of death appears to be accidental.
One Benton County deputy says Reberger may have set the gun down and
that's when it went off.
Neighbors say Reberger liked to go duck hunting. They tell us the
family recently moved to Richland roughly a year ago. They also say he
is survived by his wife Janine and two children, Kevin and Lynn.
