The Niobrara county Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating
the shooting death of Rafael Serrano, age 39, of Casper, Wyo. The
alleged shooting accident was reported as an alleged accidental
shooting while coyote hunting on Jan. 28 at approximately 12:30 p.m.
in Niobrara County.
The alleged accidental shooting is
currently under investigation with the assistance of the Wyoming
Highway Patrol.
