Dawn (Egge) Ross, 35, was wounded in
her left arm when her rifle discharged accidentally while she was
deer hunting early Thanksiving Day on a relative’s property off
County Highway A.
Ross was hunting on her father David
Egge’s property. She was alone when she shot at a deer. She
attempted to step over a down log and tripped, causing the firearm
to discharge. She was struck by the discharged round in the
left bicep area near the armpit.
