KY: Clark County Teenager Hurt In Hunting Accident

November 29, 2013

From LEX18.com

A Clark County teenager was hurt in an early morning hunting accident Friday.
The incident happened at about 8:30 a.m. in some woods off Renick Station Road near Van Meter Road. A group of teenage boys, all from Clark County, were going to spend their Black Friday hunting, but an accident cut that trip short and one of them ended up going to the hospital.
By all accounts, the group of five boys hunt often together, know the land and what they are doing. But for some reason, a slip up Friday morning while hunting landed one of them in the hospital with a shotgun wound to his hip.
