TOLEDO, Ore. -- State police with the Fish and Wildlife Division
searched the home of Joshuah Burnham, 29 of Toledo, as a part of an
ongoing investigation into some illegal hunting activities.
Troopers found evidence linked to illegal hunting activities,
including a mounted "7x7 Roosevelt bull elk" they said was illegally
acquired.
Burnham was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on
three counts of criminal trespassing (second degree), three counts
of hunting on enclosed lands and one count of unlawfully possessing
a Roosevelt bull elk.
