John L. Baumgartner, 24, pleaded innocent to failing to attach an
ear tag to a deer carcass Thursday, March 28.
The criminal
complaint alleged Baumgartner shot two nine-point bucks during the
bow season, one in September and one in November and failed to tag
one.
The deer were featured on You Tube and a Facebook page.
The maximum penalty for the misdemeanor offense is a $2,000 fine,
six months in jail and loss of hunting privileges for three years.
