Pastor Gary Kowalski wrote: I've been involved in animal advocacy issues for about fifteen years and have written several books: The Souls of Animals (Stillpoint, Revised edition 1999), Goodbye Friend: Healing Wisdom For Anyone Who Has Ever Lost A Pet (Stillpoint 1997), and The Bible According To Noah: Theology As If Animals Mattered (Lantern Books, 2001).  Currently I'm serving as president of Unitarian Universalists for Ethical Treatment of Animals.  We welcome all people who want to find an animal friendly spiritual community in northern New England.
