Review:

In our more than seventy years of life, we have never been into bodybuilding, but had heard a lot about the benefits a vegan diet afforded athletes, giving them more energy and stamina. Then we received a copy of Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness by Robert Cheeke, and had our eyes opened to how this training on a plant-based diet really works, without jeopardizing the health of the bodybuilder.

The book contains step by step guides to various exercises to build the different parts of the body along with suggestions for six to eight meals a day ranging from 3,000 to 8,000 calories a day to provide the proper body building nutrition needed for the degree of training the individual is interested.

Throughout Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness there are numerous references to nutritional and training information,

Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness is an excellent training guide, and must buy, for anyone interested in building the muscle mass of their body, whether or not they are specifically interested in competition or body building.
