Ethan Brown, co-founder of "Beyond Meat", says he asked himself:
“Would we continue to raise and eat animals if a delicious, perfect
plant-based replication of meat existed?” The answer seems to be:
no. "Today" featured "Beyond Meat" raving about how this faux

The taste of the flesh of animals seems to be the reason
why so many people are reluctant to adopt a plant-based diet. People
sometimes ignore that taste buds can be retrained and that simply
reinforcing certain tastes may help achieve an easy and smooth
transition to a plant-based diet. Fortunately, the emergence of
veggie or faux meats that taste many times very similar to animal
flesh, are making the transition to a veg diet easier than ever!
