Eat Plant-Based to Reduce Your Cancer Rate

This article exposes the abundant evidence yielded by many recent studies that conclude plant-based diets reduce people’s rates of cancer significantly. Seemingly, animal protein intake increases the levels of IGF-1 in our body, which increases cancer risk; however, just within two weeks of switching to a plant-based diet, IGF-1 levels in the bloodstream drop sufficiently to help slow the growth of cancer cells.

A vegan diet accords with Christ’s teachings of compassion, mercy and love, but not just to others but also to us as well. By eating plant-based, we are saying that we care about our health and that we are trying to be good stewards of the body our Creator gave us. A vegan diet also brings emotional healing because we know we are not harming God’s animals for taste, convenience or habit.
