Thanks for your advice! I will keep reminding people around me. It worked
on my mom in Germany. After years, she called me one day and said
nonchalantly "by the way....I am done eating meat". She still is doing well with
it.
I am sure I will have lots of questions with regard to the transition. Right
at the moment I can't think of any but I will mail you when I do.
