All animal are cut up or bled while still alive. Some of the animals aren't stunned and are cut up while still fully conscious. If they were humanely killed before processing it would be a lot better, but they aren't. Aside from this, you've missed the problem of the long term suffering that goes on day after day on factory farms.
Both of these inhumane situations must be eliminated, if we, as a society, are going to consider ourselves to be moral, ethical, and humane.
