I am enjoying your website very much, thank you for making it available.
What we eat is a spiritual matter, and more than ever before it is
political. Factory farming by large corporations is a corruption of
all that is natural. The actual words used in advertising "lunch meat"
"steak," "chicken fingers" lead us to deny in our own minds that we are
eating the flesh of sentient animals that have been raised in cruelty, and
brutally murdered.
Wish I had more power to bring this to people's attention. Your website
might be preaching to the choir, but I have really enjoyed it.
We shop the farmers market, and eat local as much as possible, and of course, no flesh in our diets.
