Well done and well said! It isn’t congruent to eat and exploit animals and yet ‘harm none?’ I struggled when I became aware that the Dalai Lama ate meat and struggled more with his reasoning ‘due to health reasons’

Such a sad account on all levels, but like you my faith is not broken.
