In addition to the Bible references given in the article, we have added the following:
In the Hebrew of Genesis 1 and 2, we see that God created all the animals and humans as neh-fesh khah-yaw, living souls. And in revelation 4 in the Greek, we see that there are myriads upon myriads of animals in heaven praising God.
