"I wonder who their major contributors are?"
Probably churches much like mine, who do it as outreach. It's a very popular cause in a lot of Episcopal churches.... HPI has exhibits at diocesan conventions -- at least in Chicago, and at the General Convention, to promote their cause. Last year, they had a workshop right across the hall from my ASWA exhibit. (I was well-behaved, and reserved my comments for my priest during lunch.)
