In Reference to: USDA Acts For Nosey The Elephant
It is now 2015- you wrote glowingly of the USDA and how it had cited Hugo Liebel for violations of the Animal Welfare Act in 2013- yet Nosey remains a captive elephant and the USDA, or APHIS, has renewed Liebel's license. It seems to be that these government agencies are complicit in the continued abuse and torture if this poor animal.
What does it take to get the attention of those individuals who are allegedly acting on behalf of the public?
