Hello,
I bought a Chayote squash at the supermarket last week because I had never eaten one and my husband and I have been on a kick of trying all different kinds of squashes. We are ethical vegetarians. (I just celebrated 32 years; he�s a baby at about ten years!)
I just stumbled upon your website and I look forward to trying some of the recipes. The photos were great. I also look forward to reading some of the philosophical articles on the site but it is late now so I�ll wait �til another day. Just wanted to say thanks for having such an interesting site.
