You’re welcome and thank you for the encouragement.

We do buy some frozen vegetables, including kale in bulk but it is usually all used within 4-6 weeks and it keeps very well in freezer compartment of our refrigerator, if the refrigerator has a separate thermostat for the freezer. The smaller packages are usually consumed within a week or two.

We have kept fruit frozen for longer periods of time without any problems.
