In 2007, a tenured, and widely admired school teacher was fired for providing students with FACTS about the meat and dairy industry, and its negative impact on human health, the environment, and animals.
In addition, Dave Warwak (the teacher referenced above) from Fox Middle Grove, Illinois, also provided accurate information about the benefits of a plant based diet. He encouraged students to not just simply "take his word for it" but to further investigate the information on "their own" if they so wish, to confirm the validity of these often omitted truths.
