Citation: On 11/22/2011, Mr. wrote a letter to the IIC of the Establishment that he did not take a generic E. coli sample from the lamb that was slaughtered on 11/21/2011. This sample would have been sample #7 of 13. In the letter, Mr. explained what had happened; however there were no corrective actions noted to prevent it from occuring in the future. I informed Mr. that I would be writting this non-compliance record because there were no corrective actions included.
