Violation: 416.2(b)(1), 416.2(b)(2)
Citation: At approximately 0610 hours while performing an unscheduled 06D01 ( facility ) procedure, I observed the following noncompliance in the main box room: I observed four areas in the box room where the ceiling was leaking. The source of the leaks iscoming from the roof. The leaks are listed below: (1) Water was observed running down a pipe and onto the floor at the entrance to the electric room. (2) A roof leak was observed near the chill pack box chute. (3) Water was observed running down the 2 white pipes at the cryovac box chute area. (4) A leak was also observed in the aisle that is located near the QA office. All of theses areas were either hung with plastic or a barrel was set under the leak/leaks. This was done as a temporary fix until the roof can be fixed. I immediately informed Mr. (Plant Manager). This is a violation of 9CFR 416.2 (b)(1), 416.2(b)(2), and your SPS #2.
