It was good to see the fur trade analysed with a balanced coverage of
all sides of the controversy. I doubt however if many fur-wearers would actually muster the mental
energy to learn, or dwell upon the consequences of their concept of
fashion. If actual photographs of the atrocities described by PETA were
in vogue there would follow a rapid decline in profits from animal
misery and exploitation. It is only unfortunate that a global network of cruelty for cash and
vanity requires any ethical evaluation at all. Western Mail |
