"Joyful Curmudgeon" An oxymoron?
No! I see all the beauty of God's creation and I'm joyful. At the same
time, I see all the suffering and corruption going on in the world, and feel
called to help expose and end it so that we may have true peace and compassion.
At the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where one of the largest primate laboratories in the U.S. is located, primates suffer from chronic cruelty.

Dear Dr. Goldentyer:
We have become aware of the extreme negligence and violations of the Animal Welfare Act in regard to the primates at the University of Wisconsin. It is disturbing to realize that the unrelieved pain and distress experienced by primates in the state of Wisconsin during 2007 was not mentioned in the USDA reports.
Please take immediate action against the University of Wisconsin, Madison, as well as other facilities that tolerate such substandard veterinary care.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Frank L. Hoffman
