Pop - a Rescued Cormoran

August 2013

I rescued this Cormoran on the beach. He was was wounded from having fish net all tangled up around one of his wings. I rescued him and named him Pop.

After a month of good food and medical attention, he was released back into the ocean – completely healed.

It was so wonderful to see him fly away!
