Hello,

Thank you so much for the recipe, it really came through today. My wife loved it very much - http://www.all-creatures.org/recipes/colllentil-curry.

I did have to improvize on the curry powder since we had none. I used garam masala, powdered ginger, cumin, coriander, cayenne, and white mustard seed in about equal portions.

Anyway it was really great to try something new and this was a good one. Thanks for being here on the WWW.

We’re also glad to see that you experimented with making your own curry.

An easy North African curry can be made with 2 parts each of cumin, turmeric, and paprika, and 1 part cinnamon, with cayenne pepper added to taste.
