I am just learning about becoming a vegetarian and I like to let you know how grateful I am for your website and all the great information you are making available .

Also looking up info on Millet- I did not find any recipes on your page about millet, just think you might like to take a look and revise that page.

Again thank you for the wealth of information now I found a website I can use daily for ideas and recipes .

Thank you very much for your encouraging comments.

At the present time we don't have any millet recipes, but we do use millet in some of our multi-grain bread recipes, and in tex-mex beans and grain recipes.
