WHAT DO VEGETARIANS EAT?
A project of the Mid-Hudson Vegetarian Society
Columbia-Greene Chapter
If you don’t eat meat, dairy, eggs or fish, then what do you
eat?
When people ask this question, they’re not really asking for recipes –
they’re just trying to picture what they would eat if they went veg.
So we asked vegans and vegetarians what they eat in an average day and
compiled their responses into a booklet. The variety of menus and
foods is amazing! Hand this to the next person who asks you “what do
you eat?”
