The mission of the Mid-Hudson Vegetarian Society, Inc. is to promote the vegetarian ethic in the Mid-Hudson Valley region of New York, educate the community, and aid anyone in the pursuit of a totally vegetarian (vegan) cruelty-free and healthful lifestyle.

Any donations made to Catskill Animal Sanctuary by December 31st, 2010 will be matched. Please consider donating to help CAS reach their goal. The Ulster County SPCA is in dire need of the following items: Laundry detergent and bleach, Antibacterial dish soap, Paper towels, Brooms and mops, Heavy duty garbage bags, extra large Kitchen garbage bags 8 1/2 X 11, White bond paper, Kitty litter and more kitty litter (non clumping kind). Any of these items can be left at Roberta’s or Judi’s house or the office (call to set up a meeting time) and we will take them to the shelter.
