“Teaching a child not to step on a caterpillar is as valuable to the child, as it is to the caterpillar.” -Bradley Miller

The Mid Hudson Vegetarian Society Youth Group was started in November of 2009. The goal of the Youth Group is to get children involved in activities that inspire compassion and respect for all life and to provide a support network for vegetarian children and their families.  We hope that through our activities we can show children that even small acts of kindness can change the world.
