Flowering Trees and Shrubs of Sleepy Hollow Lake
- Flowering Dogwood (Cornus florida) -

(Flowering Dogwood - 13)  The light and shadow gives an interesting contrast to the flowering dogwood flower cluster.  The actual size of this entire cluster is less than 1/2 inch across.  In the flower in the upper left, we get a good look at the pistil.
