Taking
the Time to Observe the Daffodil (Narcissus)Dedicated to the Preservation and Restoration of the Whole of Creation: Humans, Animals, and the Environment.
And God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day" (Genesis 1:31)

(Daffodil (Narcissus) - Three's Company) These three daffodils grew from a
single bulb which we planted three years ago. Each year we have more plants,
which add to the early spring beauty of our yard and remind us of God's
provision. Even though these are not lilies, we are reminded of the Bible
passage in Mathew 6:28-29 (NASV):
"And why are you anxious about clothing? Observe how the
lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin, yet I say to
you that even Solomon in all his glory did not clothe himself like one of
these."

Presented here are just a few of the countless components of God's creation.
Just as we cannot have human and animal life without water and plants, neither
can we have lasting peace without love and compassion. It is our hope and
prayer that this series will motivate people to live and act in a cruelty-free
manner; that we would no longer hurt or destroy each other, the animals or our
environment.
