Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
What gift could be as beautiful as a rose?
What have we got to give to everyone every day?
What is the precious gift friendship shows.
Dear friend, it is simply a smile that shines like a golden ray.
It penetrates the heart and transforms the moment.
Some would argue that it is simply heaven scent.
Give someone a rose in the form of a smile.
They will accept your gift and bring joy to someone else today.
With this rose people will walk the extra mile?
Before you go home, make sure you have given this rose.
It will lift someone from his or her momentary low.
The rose is an expression of love.
It is a gift from God above.
