Prophet-Poet

Prophet-poet, God's anointed,
set apart, chosen, appointed
to speak His oracles in prose,
and pass His message on to those
who need a word from God today,
to guide them in His will and way.

Thus when the Spirit is upon you,
desiring, willing, stirring you to
note down all He has to say,
just follow Him; He'll lead the way.
Through your pen His words will flow;
a message to help others grow.
