To They Who Live

Within the ground cold and deep.
There my body do place.
As my soul near the Lord does sleep.
For I have finished my earthly race.

Remember the past in which I did live.
Place your flowers upon my grave.
Cherish the memories the Lord does give.
Within your heart a place do save.

Save a place within your heart for me to be.
The place you keep for Christ I pray.
Remember Christ and the love he gave to me.
In your heart know I'm with Christ this day.

Remember this and where I shall be found.
Within your heart and in heaven above.
For its only my body you place in the ground.
As my soul is in heaven with God and all who I love.
