Your Word Abides in Me
Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
Lord your word abides in me.
Consoling, restoring, healing and us wanting more,
Your word is refreshing to the both rich and poor.
In Christ we are all one.
Your word is like a beautiful sunset when day is done.
Your word is like a gentle rainfall in spring.
Manifold healing does it bring,
Your word brings light to a hurting soul.
It ignites the heart like burning coal.
Lord your word abides in me.
It is only through your word that we can truly be free.
