Your Word is Refreshing as a Waterfall
Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
Dear Lord, your word quenches our spiritual thirst.
We sometimes forget to put others first.
We forget how refreshing your word can be.
We need your wisdom to help us see.
The Bible is full of science, history and wisdom.
It provides us the keys to enter into your Kingdom.
Your word contains everlasting love for all.
Your word brings comfort to the sick and poor.
Words that we should read and not ignore.
It is your love that will catch us if we fall.
We drink an unending fountain of joy and love.
Your word and spirit illuminates the world from above.
Your word is like a refreshing glass of cold water.
It uplifts us so we do not falter.
