Dedicated to the Preservation and Restoration of the Whole of Creation
"And God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good.
And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day" (Genesis 1:31)
A Pair of Whitetail Deer in the Woods -
The two of us and the two of them came upon each other as we were walking along.
The deer were kind enough to pose for this and a few other pictures before they
went on their way. They have as much right to be here and enjoy their lives as
we do. And as we thanked God for this encounter, we recalled a Bible passage
(Philippians 4:12) and realized how much it applied to this meeting. "Finally
brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever
is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any
excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these
things." At this time we had a peek into the "peaceable kingdom", where "they
will not hurt or destroy in all My holy mountain, for the earth will be full of
the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea." (Isaiah 11:9). Whitetail

Presented here are just a few of the countless components of God's creation. Just as we cannot have human and animal life without water and plants, neither can we have lasting peace without love and compassion. It is our hope and prayer that this series will motivate people to live and act in a cruelty-free manner; that we would no longer hurt or destroy each other, the animals or our environment.
